NaNa's Blueberry Buckle

Blueberry Buckle – NaNa’s Kitchen  

2 c sugar

1 c butter

2 eggs

1 c milk

3 c flour

½ tsp salt

2 ½ tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla

2 – 3 c Fresh Blueberries

Cream sugar & butter – beat in eggs  one  at a time – in separate bowl  add flour, salt and backing powder together.  Add vanilla to milk.  Slowly add flour and milk a little at a time.  Mix until all is mixed.  Gently fold in blueberries. Grease & flour 9 x 13 cake pan – spread batter in pan & top with Streusel topping.  

Topping

1 stick hard/cold butter

¾ c white sugar

¼ c brown sugar

1 c flour

1-2 tsp cinnamon

Mix together with fork or pastry cutter until crumbly & sprinkle on top of batter. Bake @ 350 – 40 min then 375 for 5-10 more minutes.
